Julie Hutchinson is founder and CEO of Core Performance LLC, a Texas based consulting and resilience training organization. She is a professional business speaker, executive coach, consultant and resilience trainer.
Julie trains and coaches’ top performers and teams to thrive professionally and personally. Her unique approach blends technology, scientific research, resilience, and emotional intelligence techniques in the domains of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.
Her experience as a successful executive gives her clients the skills, mindset, and self-awareness tools to reach and maintain optimal performance and increased health while minimizing burnout.
Additional professional highlights include founding member and Dir of Sales for Somnio Solutions, a creative services agency. She was solely responsible for adding IBM, 3M, Dell, Emerson and Avaya to Somnio’s client list resulting in Somnio achieving the acclaimed Inc 5000 fasted growing companies award.
She was VP of Training and development for Ease Interactive. She led the company in implementing a cutting-edge biofeedback-based Stress Resilience Training System (SRTS) gamification platform to the Department of Defense. This resulted in published research highlighting the efficacy of resilience training in the military.
Her insights as a Master Certified HeartMath trainer, Neuroscience Change Consultant, yoga instructor, Core Language instructor, and value-based trainer and consultant provides her with a holistic approach to her delivery.
Julie collaborates with the likes of the US Olympic Committee, Department of Veterans Affairs and numerous corporations to implement her system.
Based on SRTS applications for active-duty military and veterans, Julie was one of a small group of experts invited to participate in the Joint Convening of the Office of the Surgeon General and the Veterans Health Administration on bringing emotional health forward as a pillar of health in America

She has appeared on CNBC and been quoted in publications including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and the Financial Times. She is also the editor of the D&O Notebook, a blog about D&O liability, insurance, and corporate governance.
Priya serves on the board of directors of Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O), NMI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMIH), and Anzu SPAC I (Nasdaq: ANZUU). Priya also serves on the board of Woodruff Sawyer.
Priya is a member of the advisory board of the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance and is an active participant in their programs.
Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Priya practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Priya was awarded her juris doctorate with honors from the Law School at the University of Chicago. She earned her undergraduate degree with high honors from Harvard University. Priya is a member of the California Bar.
Teresa Milano
In her role, Teresa provides insurance solutions for high growth private and public company clients. Teresa has extensive knowledge in the management and professional liability insurance arena.
She has experience in all areas of the management and professional liability spectrums, with a specialization in public D&O. Teresa brings significant knowledge of the claims and coverage landscape and has a strong background in advising on claims and legal trends, the litigation environment, and loss mitigation strategies.
In addition to working at several global insurance carriers and multinational brokers, Teresa has also provided management consulting services to a diverse client base.
She holds a business degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and earned her juris doctorate from Pace University School of Law.
