Ms. Arsenault brings over 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations in the life science and technology sectors. Before joining Skye as CFO in 2021, Kait built an independent consulting practice in San Francisco, where she advised CFOs and Boards of emerging public and private companies, providing expertise and addressing complex issues related to SEC reporting, technical accounting, stock-based compensation, and revenue recognition, among other subjects. During her tenure at Skye, she has facilitated two acquisitions, four financings, and an up list to the NASDAQ.

Jennifer is currently a Partner at FLG Partners, a leading CFO consulting and board advisory services firm where she provides strategic, financial, and operational advisory support. Jennifer recently wrapped up her a year-long interim CFO role at GOOP and her other FLG clients include Dôen, Keen Footwear, Compass Real Estate, and more. Prior to joining FLG, Jennifer was EVP & CFO of Otter Media.
