Own the Room: Executive Presence Workshop
Speaker: Kore Koubourlis (The Essential Group, LLC)
Have you ever been told you need to develop more executive presence? We’ve all heard about it in one form or another—presence, gravitas, credibility, confidence— but what do these words really mean and, more importantly, how do you demonstrate them?
• In this workshop, leadership expert, Kore Koubourlis will help you recognize the common power leaks that diminish personal power and contribute to playing small.
• During our time together, you will learn where these leaks might play out in your life. Even more importantly, you will also find out what you can do about it right away.
• Plan for an interactive workshop. You will have an opportunity to share your own stories and to practice a new way of showing up. Come away with a toolbox of easy-to-adopt techniques that will help you evoke a more impactful, memorable presence.

What are the particular considerations women encounter in negotiations? In this interactive workshop, we will learn how to negotiate while being true to ourselves, and while maintaining, and even building, our connections to others.

Speaker: Marie Gallanar (Woodruff Sawyer)
The goal of the workshop is to provide an overview of the critical aspects of a successful mentoring relationship—setting goals and expectations and understanding the roles and responsibilities of mentors and mentees.

What an incredible day spent immersed in the inspiring world of finance with remarkable women. Meeting like-minded women, sharing journeys in finance and leadership and making new connections and meeting old friends. Taking a break from daily duties was truly worth it for this enriching learning experience.
I had the pleasure of speaking at yesterday’s #womeninfinancesummit in San Francisco. I enjoyed hearing from and meeting so many inspiring female leaders! Thank you Marie Gallanar and Woodruff Sawyer for bringing us together!
The #WomeninFinanceSummit 2023 was amazing! Thank you to Marie Gallanar and the crew from Woodruff Sawyer for putting on such a great event! Hope Timberlake provided the perfect keynote to launch the event, Jenny Davis taught us about empowering our teams and Amy McKenna led us through our DiSC profiles. I can't wait until next year!
