Finance leaders play a key role in shaping business strategy through financial insight and risk management. In this session, panelists will outline a process for strategic decision-making, covering factors such as defining business challenges, aligning decisions with strategic goals, identifying stakeholders, analyzing data (e.g., revenue trends, market insights, and operational metrics), conducting scenario planning, and mitigating risks.

In this last session of the day our panel of Women in Finance will discuss the Future Trends in Finance. We will cover how AI is reshaping finance functions and the search for talent, how ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives affect all businesses, and the role of data-driven decision making in risk management and much more.

This session will explore how our relationship with money is deeply personal—shaped by our upbringing, core values, and even our self-perception. It’s not just about financial skills or the numbers in a bank account; it's about how we connect money to our sense of worth. The beliefs we hold about money influence our financial reality, and by understanding those beliefs, we can begin to transform how we experience abundance.
