• Building trust to create a safe, collaborative environment
• Defining roles, expectations, and goals to foster accountability

• Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and adaptability for sustained success
In this session our speaker will discuss the following key elements of Innovative Leadership:
• Adapting leadership styles to foster innovation and agility.
• Balancing traditional financial expertise with tech-savviness.
• Creating cross-functional teams that blend finance, technology, and strategy.
Finance leaders play a key role in shaping business strategy through financial insight and risk management. In this session, panelists will outline a process for strategic decision-making, covering factors such as defining business challenges, aligning decisions with strategic goals, identifying stakeholders, analyzing data (e.g., revenue trends, market insights, and operational metrics), conducting scenario planning, and mitigating risks.
In this last session of the day our panel of Women in Finance will discuss the Future Trends in Finance. We will cover how AI is reshaping finance functions and the search for talent, how ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives affect all businesses, and the role of data-driven decision making in risk management and much more.

What an incredible day spent immersed in the inspiring world of finance with remarkable women. Meeting like-minded women, sharing journeys in finance and leadership and making new connections and meeting old friends. Taking a break from daily duties was truly worth it for this enriching learning experience.
I had the pleasure of speaking at yesterday’s #womeninfinancesummit in San Francisco. I enjoyed hearing from and meeting so many inspiring female leaders! Thank you Marie Gallanar and Woodruff Sawyer for bringing us together!
The #WomeninFinanceSummit 2023 was amazing! Thank you to Marie Gallanar and the crew from Woodruff Sawyer for putting on such a great event! Hope Timberlake provided the perfect keynote to launch the event, Jenny Davis taught us about empowering our teams and Amy McKenna led us through our DiSC profiles. I can't wait until next year!
